1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Bangladesh. For international orders, please contact our support team at support@dfabricsbd.com for availability and rates.
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time. Please refer to individual product pages for estimated preparation time.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days for a flat rate of BDT 80.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days at a rate of BDT 120.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and other external factors, such as weather and courier service delays.
